Different buildings will appear at different city levels.
Main buildings will be available at level one.
The buildings get updated with levelling the city, at a certain level a building’s appearance will be improved and new options added.
Each building will have 6 levels of development. They will advance at such levels city as 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10.

At the first level of the city, such buildings will be available:

• City Hall
  Hospital
  911 Service
  Research Center
  Dining
  Library
  Gym
  Hairdresser
  Manufacturing & warehouses

There will be necessarily schools and kindergartens at the initial levels of the city. The university will appear later.
There will also be a system of courses and training. We will talk about this later.
